The product must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us within fourteen (14) days of purchase. We don’t record your credit card details in our database as we just pass you over to Stripe servers when we need you to enter your credit card details – and they collect and confirm your credit card details against your bank before passing you back to our website to complete your order. Our website uses Stripe for accepting credit card payments. You’ll be supplied by the tracking number of the parcel and you’ll be able to control the moving of your item yourself. We aren't responsible for the wrong or undeliverable addresses. Please ensure your address is correct before you make an order.
